Event: IMPACT Cancelled

Due to some High School Graduations being held on Thursday, May 24 we have decided to cancel IMPACT for that evening.  Congrats to our Seniors!

So awesome to have the EFCC Student Ministries join the Chico city-wide worship night last night. So fun to play games, listen to teen testimonies, and worship Jesus!

Event: Time to Transition

At this time of the year the EFCC Student Ministries goes through some transition. What this means is we have young people from the Children Ministries (6th Grade) who will transition to 7th Grade. As for those in 8th Grade, they will transition into High School. Lastly, our Seniors (12th Grade) will graduate and transition to college. Please check the dates below to see the official days that each student will be transitioning.

• 6th Grade to 7th Grade - Sunday, May 6 from 9:45-11am
• 8th Grade to 9th Grade - August (beginning of the school year)
• 12th Grade to College - August or Sept. (whenever they begin Freshman year of college) *Note - we encourage our soon to be college students to hangout throughout the summer going to Student Ministries events and College Ministries events.*

The David Crowder Band has been putting out great music for years. Just recently the band finished their last tour together. What I love most about this band is how they push people to Jesus via their music. What a great gift they have!  Enjoy friends!

Calendar has Changed!

There are a couple of changes or additions that we have made to our calendar that I want to make sure that everyone is aware of. Here they are:

1. Mexico AMOR Reunion: All parents and students are invited to come on Sunday, April 15 and hear about what God did while we built homes in Mexico. It is going to be a great time of remembrance!
2. All Youth - Chico Youth Worship Night: Instead of our usual IMPACT service we all (JrHi/SrHi) are invited to come worship on Thursday, April 26 with other youth throughout the Chico area. The worship night will be held at Remedy Life Church. It's going to be awesome!
3. All Youth - FBI Night: On Thursday, May 3 our students and their small groups will scatter throughout the Thursday Night Market looking for those from our church who have disguised themselves. It's going to be great, hope to see you there!

All Youth - Chico Youth Worship Night

Myself and some of the other Youth Pastors in the area thought it would be cool to get all the youth groups in Chico together for a worship night. Well guess what... We are going to pull it off!

Thursday, April 26 we will all be meeting a Remedy Life Church (get directions HERE). This is going to be a great event. We are really hoping that this event will encourage our students in their walk with Jesus.

EFCC Student Ministries (both JrHi and SrHi) will meet at the front doors of Remedy Life Church at 6:50pm. See you there!
