Event: End of the year Party

The Student Ministries wants to end the school year with a BANG!  Come join us for a great time filled with food, friends, and fun.  Below are the details for JrHi and SrHi.

SrHi - End of the year Party
When: Tuesday, June 4
Time: 7-9pm
Where: Anderson's House
What: Were gonna end of the year with an epic pool party.  Come join us for snacks, fun and just hanging with good ol' friends.  It's gonna be great!
Bring: Permission Slip (below or find in a communication rack at EFCC)

JrHi - End of the year Party
When: Thursday, June 6
Time: 7-8:30pm
Where: EFCC
What: Were gonna end of the year with an epic party here at the church.  Come join us for snacks, fun and just hanging with friends.  Were going to rent and inflatable, which will be a lot of fun + play some great games together.  It's gonna be rad!
Bring: Permission slip (below or find in a communication rack at EFCC)

All Youth - Serve at VBS

Every summer our Student Ministries loves to serve in the Children Ministries by helping with Vacation Bible School.  I want to invite all JrHi and SrHi students to serve at this years VBS from July 15-19.  Michelle and her staff need all kinds of help.  Everything from snack leaders, game assistants, photographers, music assistants, childcare and much more.

If you are interested please do two things:

Gosh, I am going to miss our Seniors next year.  This crew is a lot of fun and I have loved seeing the work that God has done in their lives.  Below are a few pics from our photo booth that we had at the Sr. Trip.

Changes in the Student Ministries

I am sure for some of you (if not all of you) that May is a crazy month.  With that being said I am going to try to explain a few items that are changing in the Student Ministries come May.  Please see below for the details:

NEW Student Ministries format:

For the past three years our SrHi and JrHi have been meeting together on Sunday mornings and Tuesday nights.  Recently, EFCC has had an influx of 6th graders transitioning to 7th grade this coming year.  With this happening we have decided to split the two groups and no longer have them meet together on Sundays or mid-week (Tuesdays).  This will begin the week of May 12.  

So what does this all mean?

Sundays:

Beginning Sunday, May 12 the SrHi will meet in Room B of the Fellowship Hall whereas the JrHi will meet in the Multi Purpose Room for their IMPACT services.  Both of these groups will meet at 11:15 am.  Nothing will be provided for JrHi or SrHi during the 9:45 am hour until Sunday, May 26 when EFCC shifts from three services to two.

Tuesdays:

Beginning the same week (May 13-19), SrHi and JrHi will also be separated for mid-week IMPACT services.  SrHi will continue to meet on Tuesday’s from 7-9 pm, but our JrHi will begin to meet on Thursdays from 7-8:30 pm starting May 16.

On Sunday, May 26:

When EFCC makes the shift to two services the SrHi and JrHi will continue to meet separately, but at 9:45 am.  The SrHi will meet in Room B of the Fellowship Hall while the JrHi will meet in the Multi Purpose Room.
